It’s about taking the familiar, whether it’s a buttery shortbread or a rich chocolate cake, and elevating it with unexpected pairings that surprise and delight. Guided by the science of flavour creation, we balance ingredients to bring out their best qualities, crafting bakes that are harmonious, vibrant, and full of depth. Each bake is a celebration of flavour and creativity, designed to bring exciting moments to your table, ensuring every bite is as memorable as it is delicious.



Another Whisk at the biennale of sydney
Another Whisk is part of Memory Lane Markets at the 25th Biennale of Sydney starting March 14, 2026. This year’s theme, Rememory, explores how memory shapes identity, belonging and culture – the stories we inherit, carry and re-interpret. That idea sits closely with how we bake – through flavour, tradition and personal history.
For four months, every Saturday and Sunday, we’ll be sharing story driven bakes shaped by South Asian flavours, Australian ingredients, and a sense of familiarity that gently sparks curiosity.
