Craft, Culture & Community – Baked Together
For the first time, Another Whisk has a permanent home for our bakes, right inside Eat Ozzo’s new Marrickville location. This is more than a collaboration, it’s a shared space for craft, flavour, and community, where every item on the counter carries a story.
At the heart of our collaboration is a shared belief – food is made better when you invest in time, stories, and quality ingredients. Another Whisk brings its bold, classic small-batch baking, rooted in Indian and south Asian spices and Australian native flavours, and joins forces with Eat Ozzo’s artisan café craftsmanship, born from the art of fermentation, local sourcing, and global inspiration.
Eat Ozzo’s wood‑fired breads, slow‑fermented and precise, provide the perfect backdrop for our own approach: subtle spice, quality ingredients, and an attentive, flavour-first philosophy. Here, every pastry, cake, and biscuit tells a story – and now, our story can be shared daily.

Why We’re Collaborating
A commitment to craft: Taste it in our small batch, flavour-rich bakes, and in Eat Ozzo’s 48-hour fermented bread and thoughtful flavour creations.
Flavours that tell a story: Every bite carries memory, place, knowledge and fusion. This partnership lets us share that story with you – collectively.
New yet familiar: We aim to bring baked moments that feel like home but surprise you with something unexpected.
What You’ll See (and Taste) from Another Whisk
Exclusive and crowd-favourite baked goods: Cardamom muffins, wattleseed cookies, jaggery cheesecake, pistachio friands and more – each item crafted with care and finesse.
Limited-run drops: Small-batch, handcrafted, intentionally curated. And sometimes, a few surprise drops.
Bakes designed to pair: With Eat Ozzo’s coffee, wood‑fired bread, or their savoury menu – every flavour crafted to complement the café experience.
