1. What products do you offer?

2. How can I place an order?

You can place your order through the website. Simply browse our pages, select your items, and fill out the order form to send an enquiry. For custom requests, include all the details in the form, and we’ll be in touch.

3. Can we customise?

Yes! If you’d like to customise your order—whether it’s flavours, designs, or sizes—just let us know in the order form. We love bringing your ideas to life!

4. How far in advance should I place my order?

As a rule of thumb, we require orders to be placed at least 7 days in advance. For larger or highly customised orders, please allow even more time to ensure everything is perfect.

5. Do you deliver?

We encourage customers to pick up their orders (in Sydney) for the best experience. However, delivery can be arranged for an additional cost if discussed and agreed upon in advance.

6. Are your products allergy-friendly?

If you have specific concerns, let us know, and we will try our best to find alternate ingredients. However, please note we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery are eligible for a partial or full refund. Custom orders may have unique policies, which we’ll share during the ordering process.

8. Can I order samples before placing a large order?

Yes, we can offer samples for cakes and select items based on specific cases. Contact us to discuss your options.

10. How do I store my baked goods?

Our products are best enjoyed fresh. Cakes and pastries should ideally be consumed within 2–3 days. Biscuits and tarts can last up to a week if stored properly. We will try to indicate specific storage intructions with each order or you can simply reach out to us anytime.
