Events and Collaborations

where good things come together

Beyond the kitchen, there are stories to share, ideas to explore, and new flavours to discover. From food festivals and special collaborations to moments that bring people together around a shared love of food, each experience is another opportunity to learn, create and see where curiosity takes us.

Here’s a look at where Another Whisk has been, who we’ve created with, and what’s coming next.

Good Food and Wine Show – Coming soon!

This November, Anirban joins the Good Food & Wine Show Sydney Christmas Edition, bringing his love of baking and Indian flavours to the Cooking School for a masterclass exploring the art of tempering, pairing and building flavour.

Join him for a fresh take on a much-loved Indian street food classic. Anirban will showcase his Papri Chaat-Inspired Flaky Potato Pastry – a contemporary, bite-sized interpretation of traditional papri chaat, bringing together crisp, flaky pastry and the vibrant, tangy flavours of India.

Sharodia – Social Lunch – coming soon!

Guided by the Bangali philosophy of balance, this celebratory lunch, hosted by Shishir from Table Tok and Anirban, will explore the essential tastes: Tok (tangy), Jhal (hot, pungent), and Mishti (sweet)—enjoy home-style Bangali dishes from both sides of Bengal: Bangladesh & West Bengal, India, using seasonal produce from Sydney while maintaining the zero-waste cooking method.

Come, munch on the politics of the partition of Bengals & whinge about the diasporic life, share traditions of family recipes, hands-on food experiences, and zero-waste cooking methods, while we eat with our hands!

ANOTHER WHISK AT THE BIENNALE OF SYDNEY

Another Whisk was part of Memory Lane Markets at the 25th Biennale of Sydney starting March 14, 2026. The theme, Rememory, explored how memory shapes identity, belonging and culture – the stories we inherit, carry and re-interpret. That idea sits closely with how we bake – through flavour, tradition and personal history.

For four months, every Saturday and Sunday, we shared story driven bakes shaped by South Asian flavours, Australian ingredients, and a sense of familiarity that gently sparks curiosity.

Another Whisk x Masala theory

Another Whisk x Masala Theory brings neo-Indian desserts into a bold, contemporary dining space. Our spice-layered, memory-driven creations sit alongside their vibrant, modern Indian menu – playful, nostalgic and unexpected. From chilli-laced chocolate to re-imagined classics, each dessert is crafted to surprise, spark conversation, and celebrate flavour without borders.

Another Whisk x Eat Ozzo

Another Whisk × Eat Ozzo brought together small-batch baking and artisan breadcraft under one roof. Our spice‑infused, flavour-forward creations meet their slow‑fermented, globally inspired breads and coffee, creating a collaboration where every bite feels intentional, elevated, and unexpected. Each treat is a story of craft, curiosity, and taste.
